I'm 7 years out!

I haven't posted in yearssssssssssssss. Still doing well with my pouch. I'm still learning to eat slow too! I just ate 3/4 of a pear, i'm full and I ate way too fast.

I don't recognize anyone on here!

I'm glad to see that after 7years you still have restriction that's awesome.  I'm still pre op surgery is Wednesday I've been on here since 2008 on and off finally I'm gonna have my sleeve surgery.  You should post before and after pictures to inspire others it's great you came back and posted welcome back!

I'm 6 years out and can eat 8-10 ounces zero problem.....

Some on this forum think that all VSG's are the same and that tighter restriction has no advantage.

This is a great example of eventual capacity. Looks like Michelle can only eat about 1/3 of what you can.

As far as restriction goes for a restrictive type procedure, your not completely at fault. Now, what you put in your mouth is all you. But, it would still be much harder even if you ate all proper foods with your current capacity.
