The last 20 lbs

So all summer ive been gaining and losing the same 3 lbs...I have 20 lbs to lose to meet my 100 lb goal..so, i'm thinking of having my premier protien drink for dinner instead of breakfast..(trying to shake things up...lol)... Besides for eggs what do you all eat for breakfast?

I eat a lot of protein.  I have fish and meat often for breakfast.  This morning venison and onions sauteed.

If you have been the same weight for a few months, you are in maintenance. To lose more, you'll have to eat less. Do you weigh and track your food? To eat less, you need to know how much you've been eating.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Yes I know I need to eat less..just got a little side tracked over the summer and wanted to switch things up a little..

I eat either scrambled eggs, a Quest bar, or a P3 pack for breakfast.  All are under 200 calories with 15-20 grams of protein.

For breakfast I eat a Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt with a serving of Bare Naked protein granola or I have some kind of leftover meat mixed in with a scrambled egg, cheese and a jalapeno.  Or, I just eat leftover meat.

during my weight loss stage I ate about 1/2 c  steelcut oats cooked in unsweetened almond milk - and flavor like cinnamon or vanilla.  very satisfying.

i eat gy for breakfast and have for years.  a good way to get 20 g protein in.  you can stir protein powder into it.  my surgeon recommended upping protein to speed weight loss and it worked.  D

I am struggling to lose my last 30, so I completely get where you are coming from.  All good suggestions.  I usually have a couple of pieces of low fat cheese for breakfast.  Good luck to you!

breakfast sandwich (low carb tortilla or use of lettuce to hold it together), greek yogurt parfait with strawberry/blueberry and a soy protein crunchy topping, protein coffee, cottage cheese, proscuitto wrapped around a cheese stick. I love steel cut oatmeal, but everytime I eat it i battle cravings the rest of the day so that one is a no go for me unfortunately :(
