Breakfast: poached egg over steak and kale with chipotle hot sauce

Lunch: turkey meatballs, roasted brussels sprouts

Dinner: scallops, roasted broccoli

Snacks: hazelnut mocha protein shake, 1/2 apple, turkey jerky

vitamins - on track

water - all good

exercise - 25 minutes HIIT, 25 minutes weights
