Walking Poles Off Wish List...New Level of Exercise !!
I am just starting my third month out and still dealing with a stall. One of the reasons I had the surgery was to make my pending knee replacement either unnecessary (unlikely) or much more successful. I was unable to walk distances and get maximum benefit due to the severe arthritis in both knees. A while back, I found walking poles designed to provide upper body involvement in walking, almost simulating cross country skiing. I ordered and just received the poles. They provide me with the stability and support I needed to make walking an option again. I am thrilled ! I'll get this weight loss moving again !!
