Thanks for this post! I usually only track my weight when it goes down, but I think I will start tracking it constantly, like you. That is a good idea. I need to find an exercise I like. I'm 1 year post op. I would prefer swimming but with my kids and my work schedule, it just isn't feasible. I need something I can do at home at 5 am before everyone else gets up.
Great job Stacy. I just want to second the concept of getting the weight off as quick as you can. It gets a lot harder. A lot harder.

Awesome job thanks for the motivation!!!!! I have always loved to lift weights but neglected my abs due to the port from my lapband it pulled and got painful when working them. So I am now looking forward to working them!!!!
