Finally on the losers bench! How long was your 3 week stall?
I'm on the losers bench!
Surgery went really well and I've recovered really well. But I've hit that dreaded three week stall. How long did yours last??

Mine hit three weeks to the day post-op. Mine only lasted about a week though...so I guess I got lucky...because once it was over the weight started falling off again.
But remember...it is just numbers. If you are following the plan you ARE losing fat, no matter what the scale says. Your body does weird things with water and glycogen storage. Try not to worry and just keep on going down the road.
No idea -- I stayed off the scale entirely for the first few months except at doctor's office weigh-ins. So if I had a stall, I never knew about it, my weight never stressed me out, and I was able to focus exclusively on following my team's post-op plan for me rather than worrying about how fast or slow I was losing.
Had my VSG on July 1, 2015. My stall was just a lack of making any progress, or what I thought was little progress. I lost maybe two to three pounds over a period of 3 weeks. Just didn't feel like much progress but I think this is typical. I found since then that I am still progressing slowly so I just have to be positive about that. I have lost .6 lbs in the last 5 days, not a big whoop by any means but it is a loss.
I think we all go into this thinking that the first six months the weight peels off of you when in reality it is not much different than a regular diet process. The big difference is the lack of hunger pains and not needing much to eat to satisfy you.

3WEEKS!!!!
super scary! I was going to say frustrating, but it was scary!
b/c I was a newbie, I thought for sure, it wasn't going to work for me...
I went thru surgery and that's it..I broke it..
All sorts of anxiety!!!
stay the course and try to not let it mess with your head!
I'm not worried. I know it's just a matter of time til it starts melting off again. I was just wondering what other people's experiences are
