final weigh in today/doubt setting in

I was apprehensive the day of surgery for the first time.  Then I recalled the years I have tried to lose weight and the process I had been through to get to the surgery.

Later that night while up walking, I literally felt like I had been given a second chance at life!!  Focus on the positive, you will be so glad you have had the surgery once you are done.

A sincere thank you to everyone who took time respond. I feel better, and am more excited now. Final weigh in today went well. I've lost 17.6 pounds to get to this point, and every pound was hard! I'm a little overwhelmed after going over what I need to do after. Measuring liquids,  drinking x amount every hour, tracking it all.....but, I'm sure it will be fine.
