How much did you lose on pre op diet?

I'm on day #5 of my 14 day and am down 254 to 242 I've never lost weight this fast just want to know if I'm normal or my scale is wrong.

I'm on day 12 and you've got me beat, congrats! :D I'm down 13.7. I lost a few prior to starting the liquid diet but am not counting those.

Surgery on Tuesday, EEK! I'm excited and nervous. You're doing great just keep following the plan.

My doctor has a great pre diet program you lose fast and your never hungry I star. Liquids I think on week 2 not sure I have an appointment on 8/6 then surgery in six days after I'll friend you so we can keep track

You are having your surgery on my 1wk pre op appointment good luck with your surgery and please keep me posted after if you can you'll be a week out when I have mine.  now I can have a recoup buddy lol

A lady just gave me a bike I'm super excited to try after I'm well enough.  My plan is to ride until it snows.  I live in Michigan.  It's cold and freezing in November December January February and most of March
