Got sleeved 17 hours ago!

Yeah!!! All went well so far! I have lots of abdominal pain, particularly where my drawn is. But I've gotten up and done a lap around the corridor three times so far. No throwing up or anything, I did have some nausea but I burped and it cleared up. I'm having trouble sleeping for more than a couple.hours at a time, mostly because my back keeps getting sore in the hospital bed. I should be able to go home tomorrow as long as there is no leaking! Fingers crossed!

Congrats! You are now on the loser bench...Enjoy the ride but don't push things to quick...walk lots...lots of water and sip sip sip!

I just started the process. I am going to have the sleeve surgery also. Now that it has been a few weeks...do you have any tips to share? Thanks and congratulations. I must have looked at a wrong date....did you just have this surgery?

sounds like your doing great but you should try to walk more it will help your back and prevent blood clots , tell the nurse about the belly pain the will adjust your pain meds
