I had VSG Surgery yesterday.  I'm more uncomfortable today than yesterday.  Which is better to use across my belly,  heat or ice?

For me, heat felt best.  Walking, heating pad & warm liquids with unflavored protein powder was what I did.

Hot liquids and a heating pad were so so wonderful the first few days out! Even four months out I still love hot drinks, especially in the morning, that first sip of herbal tea in the morning feels so good when it hits my stomach.
