when i take my daily meds i feel awful for a.few.hrs after

I just ate and i felt queasy so i took some zofran it didnt wanna go in my tummy :/ so now im.waiting 30 min for it to work then im trying 2 pills the others i can take later in the day with no consequences wish me.luck i hate feeling like death everyday
