I wore a girdle everyday followed my diet to he letter. when the weight started to fall off I began o walk, run, dance, everything! Im so happy now because I finally put me 1st , and it pissed off a lot of ppl who had grown accustomed to me being there for

them and not myself. Now im 1st in my life! I exercise, go out, travel. For the 1st time in 20 yrs I got on a roller coaster and I could fit! I don't regret it! stop listening to ppl who cant change their own lie and go live!
