Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Monday
Monday! Which is sort of a rest day for me, but not really since I've got a to-do list a mile long between now and when I leave for GenCon on Thursday.
1: frankenshake
2: sushi!
3: zucchini, bacon, gruyere quiches (I'll make two and freeze one for later use.)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

B: protein shake (this isn't something I typically do, but I was eating on the run this morning and Wednesday is my one year surgiversary and I want to take off a couple pounds)
L: Mexican food!
D: Out to dinner for my mother in law's birthday, I'll probably have steak
Water: behind, but it is only 9 am so I have plenty of time to catch up

Exercise: I haven't done anything since having my gallbladder out three weeks ago. Today I'll be working with a student at the county fair so I'll be walking a lot.
Happy Monday all! I skipped boot camp this morning and slept in. That isn't something that I do very often but I really think it was a great choice because when i finally crawled out of bed I was in such a great mood. After my crazy work schedule the last couple of months it is a blessing to have the luxury of starting the week this way. I need to remember that my mental health is just as important as my physical health.
B: Protein shake
L: CrockPot Kalua Pork and either cherries or some diced peaches. This is my favorite shredded pork recipe. Super easy and I think Yummy.

E: Skipped boot camp this morning but I will go to a class this evening
Sometimes sleeping in is the best option! I skipped my morning classes on Friday for more sleep, and it was so necessary.

After a rough weekend I need to get back on track.

Exercise: 10k training in AM, Focus T25 after work, 5K training pushing the stroller in PM.
