little over a week post op and i HATE protein shakes
Protein is going to be a major part of your diet from now on, so keep trying until you find something you like. The much-loved Unjury chicken soup flavored protein and unflavored protein dry mix both tasted nasty to me. I like the Ready-Made Chocolate Premier Protein Shakes, and at 6 months out I still keep them handy in case I need a meal on the run (but never more than once-a-day). Also a warning about another icky Protein Drink...I have read is Bariatric Advantage is another one to avoid...I haven't tried that one, but the same brand multi-vitamins tasted awful to me. Best to you, Kay :-)
