D:  Pork loin roast, carrots and cucumber

S:  Beef Jerky

W:  never a problem

I'm having an awesome day!  I slept in a bit since I'm still feeling super exhausted from my recent trip (and drive) to Michigan and need to be ready for GenCon.  Thankfully I'm not driving to that one.. So the extra sleep was nice and my yoga class was grand since I was the only student there so it was like an hour of personal yoga training.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover crispy shredded chicken
3: bacon, gruyere, zucchini quiche that I was going to make yesterday but forgot to buy the pie shells for..

NO SNACKING TODAY OR ELSE

Yay!!  I'm so glad. 

It's funny - I did yoga as a kid (16-20ish) and never liked it very much. Now I could do it twice a day and be a happy camper. It's a really important part of my life mentally and physically. :)

Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt, Isopure Alpine Punch and a Premier Protein shake. I have six star whey isolate that tastes like chalk and wish I had some syntrax nectar chocolate truffle :(
