I guess everyone is too busy to post this on Sunday :D  

I am totally pooped today.  On top of my regular Sunday exercise (walk/running, yoga stretching, and a yoga class) I went to a trampoline place (Skyzone) with a friend and her daughter.  Definitely something I wouldn't have done 140 pounds ago - and not only because I would have exceeded the weight limit!  It was a really good workout and exhausting!!  

1: frankenshake
2: crispy shredded chicken
2.1: pringles, cheese stick
3: chicken salad

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 51:18:08 walk/running for a total of 2.22 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 50 minutes trampoline, 75 minutes kundalini chakra immersion and meditation

I'm pooped today too!  I'm so stressed about work, so staying up to try to get ahead on the week a bit -- or a little less behind.

l - steak, salad, potato / green peans

d - ribs, coleslaw

s - dinner leftovers

e- yoga
