Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday
I guess everyone is too busy to post this on Sunday :D
I am totally pooped today. On top of my regular Sunday exercise (walk/running, yoga stretching, and a yoga class) I went to a trampoline place (Skyzone) with a friend and her daughter. Definitely something I wouldn't have done 140 pounds ago - and not only because I would have exceeded the weight limit! It was a really good workout and exhausting!!
1: frankenshake
2: crispy shredded chicken
2.1: pringles, cheese stick
3: chicken salad
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 51:18:08 walk/running for a total of 2.22 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 50 minutes trampoline, 75 minutes kundalini chakra immersion and meditation
