Sleeved

I'm all sleeved! Sitting in my hotel in Tijuana. I was sleeved yesterday morning, it's pretty rough so far. Lots of gas stuck in my chest and painful to drink. On the upside I'm down 18 pounds from preop and only 18 more to get to onederland. I haven't been under 200 since 5th grade so it's a big deal for me. Nutritionist set my goal at one year for 159 :)

walk it will help with the gas pain 

Keep walking...it will help the gas work its way south and out.  If you are walking and you feel the urge, but people are around...ditch your pride and let it rip!!!  Seriously, don't try waiting to slink away for privacy or you could lose the moment.  STRIKE WHILE THE IRON IS HOT!!!

I am 6 days out and have realized that all of these wonderful people on here weren't kidding when they say every day get better and better. Keep walking 😊

I definitely feel better than I did yesterday! I'm ready to go home and sleep in my own bed!
