Pureed Food Menu Question: Sample menu request
Hello VSG Community.
I am 10 days post-op and doing really well, although growing weary of liquid protein.
In planning my pureed food stage, I'm a bit concerned about getting the appropriate level of protein without the volume. For example: If one hard boiled egg has 7g of protein, how can I reach the 60 grams of protein that I currently consume while drinking 3 meal replacement shakes? Or is the 60 grams not realistic.
Would it be possible to share a sample day menu?
When I made it to pureed foods, I was still drinking two protein shakes a day. For me, it was unrealistic to reach 60+ grams of protein a day without shakes.
Here's a list of the foods I ate on pureed - I was eating 2 ounces of pureed foods three times a day. Plus two protein shakes.

My plan goes from full liquids (shakes, puddings, cream soups) to soft foods, but it also states that I can have up to 2 shakes a day until the 60+ grams of protein can be eaten. So I plan on supplementing with the shakes.
I am 17 days out and start soft tomorrow so over the liquids also but know it is necessary lol!!
