Happy Friday everyone! What are your weekend plans?  Tomorrow is  my long walking day; I will get that out of the way early. The only other things I have planned are making a trip to the YWCA to donate more clothes, spending time at the pool and possibly going to a movie with my eldest child. Looking forward to relaxing. 

B: 8 oz carb master chocolate milk, protein shake (pre/post workout)

B2: 3 Veggie egg bites and 5 cherries

L: 2 oz grilled chicken breast & 1 oz green beans

D: TBD

S: 1 oz black bean chips and 2 oz roasted garlic hummus

What movie??  Enjoy your relaxation time!! I'm ready for the weekend! I have a 5K tomorrow & then some boat time! Sunday is brunch with my girlfriends and pool time!! I can't wait!

Your weekend plans sound great! My current choices for movie are: Minions, Trainwreck & Inside Out. I will have to see which one the kiddo is most interested in seeing before we make a final decision.

L: Pure Protein chocolate shake (35 mg protein), either another nectarine or a Granny Smith apple

Tomorrow I leave for Europe and my long-awaited cruise.  I'll be gone until mid- august!

I went to the orthopedist today.  I ended up getting another shot in my hip and prescriptions for an MRI and physical therapy.  No clue at all how I'll fit physical therapy into my life, but I NEED to be able to run again.  

I've got some fun plans for the weekend - farmers market and Pixels tomorrow.  On Sunday I'm going to SKYZONE to jump on trampolines for an hour with my friend and her daughter.  Talk about something I never would have done when SMO.  Then we'll have lunch together somewhere and, in the evening, I've got a kundalini yoga seminar.  Woo!
