Happy Friday everyone! What are your weekend plans? Tomorrow is my long walking day; I will get that out of the way early. The only other things I have planned are making a trip to the YWCA to donate more clothes, spending time at the pool and possibly going to a movie with my eldest child. Looking forward to relaxing.

I went to the orthopedist today. I ended up getting another shot in my hip and prescriptions for an MRI and physical therapy. No clue at all how I'll fit physical therapy into my life, but I NEED to be able to run again.
I've got some fun plans for the weekend - farmers market and Pixels tomorrow. On Sunday I'm going to SKYZONE to jump on trampolines for an hour with my friend and her daughter. Talk about something I never would have done when SMO. Then we'll have lunch together somewhere and, in the evening, I've got a kundalini yoga seminar. Woo!
