I'm nine weeks out and it seems like I'm get full too fast and it's extremely uncomfortable. Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong

I still get this feeling when I eat too fast or too much.  Try taking 45 seconds between bites.  Hope that helps.

It's really important to measure your portion, chew well, and eat slowly. Don't keep making the same mistake.

Sorry but you are the only one who can control that. Slow down take small bites, relax and enjoy the food. Taste the flavors, feel the textures, feel the heat or cold really enjoy the food! That will help you slow down and wait a few seconds between bites. There are no prizes for speed eating.

What was hard for me was the not eating & drinking together.  Make sure you spread that out.  Very normal to feel full quickly.  Eat or drink small portions.  Don't rush.  Enjoy the new you !!
