Not "supposed to get caught up in the numbers on the scale" are for the days when the scale isn't producing. Today you celebrate and savor the moment because you have earned it! Great job! It just keeps getting better and better.

Your not getting caught up in the numbers, your celebrating a milestone, and yes there is a difference. Next you'll be in twonderland and it will happen, just stick with the plan. I was 399 when my journey started so it took awhile to get to a mile stone, but I did and it felt great.

Congratulations!!!! You are on your way! It won't be long and you'll be hitting 299 and then One-derland. When I started at 385 pounds, I never thought I'd get to a normal weight but I did, and you can too!
