I wish my stomach would stop making noises.

This is my second day of my liquid diet before surgery and my stomach is making so much noise.

It will be worth it turn the music on high then you won't hear it lol I feel you I'm starting a 7 day clense next week and then doing my 2week pre op

Do something other than think about that mind over matter read surf the internet get inspiration from others who have already lost their weight I know I'm going to have the same feelings your having I've been psychologically readying myself before.

Your totally correct. I have been reading some amazing stories. I can't wait to be a health size to run,walk, and do different things I haven't experienced.

it will eventually get better.   after surgery I swore the aliens had landed!  it settles down after awhile. D

When the noises in my stomach are too loud, I focus on the voices in my head. It's soothing.

If you think those stomach noises are loud now, wait until after surgery.  Your new plumbing will make A LOT of noise.  Just remember that the noise is normal and don't mistake the post -op stomach noise for hunger.  Some days it feels like my stomach is trying to converse with me. It doesn't respond to my telling it to Shut the f*** up.
