Hi all,

I had an EXTREME tough eating day yesterday, got really sick afterwards. The good news is I passed my sleep study and I no longer need the CPAP machine!

 

B: Babel Bel,  Oikos Triple Zero, Coffee Creamer

L: Soup.

S: Dannon L&F Greek Yogurt

D: either yogurt, protein bar, maybe both.

V; on track

W: a bit behind

E: on track

 

Make it a good one.

S:  animal crackers

L:  idk, maybe salad with turkey breas

D:  grilled chicken, veg

E:  hopefully a walk - been miserably hot here

V:  off - for upcoming hand surgery

Congratulations on passing the sleep study.  Getting rid of the CPAP is HUGE!  I am so happy for you.

Breakfast - bratworst

Dinner - pork chops and broccoli slaw

vitamins - on track

water - ok

exercise - recumbent bike time!

Good morning!  I've been moving between the same three pounds for a while now.  My one year surgiversary will be here on the 29th and I would really like to have a picture of the scale saying 140.0 or less. :)  So, I'm trying to be a super good eater.  Tomorrow, however, I'm going to Cheyenne Frontier Days to see Aerosmith and I'm going to treat myself to some "fair" food.  So, today is super good day, tomorrow not so much, and then super, super good until the 29th!!

B: Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt with Bear Naked granola

L: Mozzarella cheese and prosciutto

D: Going to a BBQ so probably a hamburger with no bun and some fruit

W: behind, but catching up

V: on track

E: still restricted from surgery

Yesterday I ate like crap, but today I'm back on track. Taking my mom into the city for a dental appointment, then taking her to Legal Seafoods for dinner to avoid traffic for a bit. I don't like seafood, so it'll be difficult for me. I can eat a few ****tail shrimp once in a while, so I may just order a jumbo ****tail shrimp appetizer for my meal. My mom loves seafood so it'll be nice to treat her!

B: iced coffee with fairlife milk, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein

L: 2 hard boiled eggs chopped and mixed with light sour cream and spices

D: jumbo shrimp ****tail

S: cheese stick, pork rinds, or a dannon light n fit Greek yogurt

V: need a calcium and multivit later

W: had a large iced coffee, and 32oz water
