3rd week plateau

I remember reading something on here about the 3rd week plateau.  I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me but here it is.  My protein intake is not as high as it should be and I am not sure if that has something to do with it.  Any suggestions or do I just wait it through?

Type "three week stall" into the search bar at the top-right of the screen. It happens to pretty much EVERYBODY as our bodies adjust to the shock of surgery. Nobody continues to lose 5+ lb per week after the first two or three post-op.

Keep doing what you're supposed to. Lots of protein, lots of fluid, exercise when you can. Patience is your friend here.

This is totally normal and yes if freaked out to. I wondered what was I doing wrong but my friends helped me throughout this because they went through it as well. Just keep doing what you are doing and the weight will start falling off again soon. You body is just trying to keep up with all the new and wonderful changes going on.
