Good morning all. I had a much better day yesterday. That is two days in a row, lets keep this ship turing back in the right direction.
B: Turkey Sausage Patties, string cheese, coffee, cream
L: shrimp salad, Caonteloupe.
S: Dannon Light and fit Greek Yogurt.
D: either left over roasr beef and veg OR veggie burger with cheddar and veg
S: Sugar Free Jello.
Good morning! Trying to get back on track. At a stall. Almost at one year Post op and want to be near goal. 15-20 pounds to go!!!

Well on the continuing saga - I slept thru the night last night with no snacking....
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - buffalo chicken
Lunch2 - sloppy joe meat with cheddar cheese
Dinner - pork chops in mushroom sauce and broccoli slaw
