A little worried!
I'm scheduled for surgery tomorrow. Bag is packed and I'm ready to have this behind me. Along with the expected anxiety, I have a developed a mild sore throat. It was scratchy yesterday, but feels a little worse today. Temperature is normal, and I feel fine otherwise. Arrgghh! I will, of course, mention it when I check-in tomorrow, but would this be a reason to cancel my surgery? I should have called the surgeon's office today, but I kept hoping it's just nerves or allergies and will go away.
I'd mention it, but I don't think you have anything to worry about. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. You all were right, the surgery did indeed happen and I'm home now after having spent one night in hospital. Having some discomfort, but feeling okay. Trying to walk a lot. It's taking me over 3 hours to finish one Premier Protein drink! Not sure how I'm going to get all my liquids in at this rate. My body just feels sore and stiff all over.
