5 months out and so excited....Onederland!!!

VSG on 02/18/15

This past Saturday I hit the 5 month mark since my surgery. I got on the scale that morning and dang if I didn't hit ONEDERLAND!!! This past week I hit 2 big goals. Getting to onederland and I also passed the goal that my surgeon's office gave me to lose 77 lbs in 6 months. I hit it in 5 months. So how did I celebrate???? I went for a wonderful hike in the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC. I am loving my new life!!!

Woooohoooo! This is a VERY big deal. Breaking that 200 barrier was almost more of a psychological hurdle for me than a physical one. It's all downhill from here, honey
