Seem to be Stuc!
Hi All.. I am 11.5 months post op.. and for the past 2 months, i have played with 2 pounds.. up and down, up and down. I just can't seem to get below there, no matter what i change. I even did the 5 day pouch test. and got to the lower end of the 2 pounds and that was it! I eat 70-90 grams of protein, exercise 45 minutes a day for 4 days out of the week, usually. I do 64 oz of water, and 1000 calories a day. I am less than 10 pounds from my doctors goal, and am so frustrated! Any suggestions?

Thanks, Frisco.. If that is what i need to do, that is what i need to do!! I was staying around 800 and my weight loss slowed drastically, and my nut told me to increase my calories.

Maybe try upping your protein to over 100g and lower carbs for a week or two and see what happens. My experience goes against most folks here but I had to increase my calories to keep losing otherwise I was stuck. I hit goal doing about 1400 calories per day. My exercise is 30-40 mins walking on the treadmill 5-6 days per week. You may have to vary a few things to see what your body responds to best. Lowering carbs may be key.
