At a Stall. Help
A stall is when you are sticking to your plan, but it isn't showing up on the scale. Maintenance is when you are eating enough that you won't lose.
Which are you?
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
It's not about how far out you are, it's about how many calories you are taking in. You did mention eating off plan, that's why I asked.

A stall at the 3 month mark is pretty typical but if you think you are not losing because you are eating at night after dinner, then you may be eating too much. Are you tracking your food? How many calories/protein/carbs are you eating per day?

Try joining myfitnesspal.com, it has an app for phones too. It's a great way to track your calories and carbs. I am yrs out and still not at goal, so I am not sure what your carbs should be now, but I am trying to keep my carbs under 40 a day. Don't give up though, the scales will start moving again if you stick with it.

Stalls are common during weight loss, how long have you been stalled out? Have you taken any measurements, sometimes you can still be losing & it won't show up on the scale.
Have you changed your routine lately?, have you started exercising? Sometimes when you start your body holds onto water till it realizes this is your new normal & will eventually let it go.
Do you have a lot left to lose? The closer you are to goal, the weight loss starts to slow down, so you might have to adjust your numbers to get over that final hump.
Stay with your Drs plan for you & the weight will drop off. Don't give up! Good Luck to you!
