Goal!
Finally can post that I reached my goal weight of 169! I have been stalled/maintaining at 173-175 since January. I am now a "normal" weight person according to the BMI scale. I would like now to get to 165. I would ideally like to maintain between 165-169. I know that is the top of the normal weight range, but I am pretty thrilled with how my body looks and I feel healthy. I wasn't even stressing about those last few pounds they just started dropping again the last few weeks after being stuck for so long.
