Two major NSV's...well, to me they are!

okay, 13 months out today and down 101 pounds. I'm at 179 as of this morning with a high weight of 292 a few years before surgery (which is why I don't count those darker times..LOL). ANYWAY...I just got back from 10 days at Disney and Universal with my hubby and two little ones. It felt like 105 degrees most days. I walked all over the place and fit in ALL the rides!!! What a relief and a blessing!

next...just this past Thursday I ran most of a 3K with my friend who is a hardcore runner. Having her support and the cheering at the finish was awesome!! I once told a personal trainer, the next time I would run would be if I had to run for my life...not the case anymore!!!

I can picture the Disney scene. Everyone else is hot, cranky and tired. And you are floating on air because you can do it all! I love both NSV's. Big congratulations!

That's wonderful! I can't imagine wanting to run (at this point, of course...having surgery on Tuesday), but I look forward to be able to if develop the urge. Congrats!
