Joey,

How long does it take you to walk 10,000 steps? My weight loss has stalled. Thanks so much.

It usually takes me all day to get to 10,000 steps.  I take a 20 minute walk during my lunch break and checked my steps before and after finding it is 2,450 steps, so it would take me about an hour and 20 minutes to get to 10,000 steps if I had the time to do it all at once.  (I wear an UP24 band that tracks my steps.  I also track my food on the free app for it.)
