Day 2 of chemo for the week. My goal is to avoid the chemo snacks. How do nurses ever stay healthy with all the crap people bring in to share?!

1: frankenshake

2: lunch meat and cheese

exercise: bodypump class, bodycombat class. Yay classes!

I'm going to make a crustless mushroom quiche and a pork chop dish today...

Breakfast - Salmon

Lunch - greek chicken with Kalamatta Olives

Lunch2 - crack slaw

Dinner - pork chops

water - ok, but I need to be careful in this heat!

vitamins - on track

exercise - recumbent bike

I'm so looking forward to the weekend. I actually get the weekend off. It will be my first day off in about 6 weeks. Darn crazy work schedule :) I feel like a kid waiting for school to end and summer break to start. 

B: Cream of wheat w 2/3 c FF milk & Protein shake (pre/post)

L: P3 pack and some type of fruit or veggie if I make it to the market when I run out

D: TJ's Chicken burger and diced peaches
