ha. Hardly an epiphany, I realize. :) After a two-ish month "stall" (quotations because I've known all along that it was self-imposed), I'm finally seeing downward progress again.

 

Nothing miraculous has occurred, no crazy "pouch test;" just more protein, more water, less carbs, and stopped grazing. Onward and downward! :)

You've broken the code! It really is a simple concept, right? But boy, it's really hard to do sometimes. The longer post-surgery you are, the harder it gets.

Getting back on the horse is impressive. Good for you.

so true!  

I am fighting 2 pesky pounds.  rather than stopping the grazing my mind keeps thinking about crazy ideas -- back to protein shakes.  Ugh.  Just focusing on basics is all we need.
