preop diet starts Wednesday

Hello,

Since my pre op diet starts Wednesday, I spent today cleaning out the fridge and cabinets.  I then went grocery shopping and set up my own shelf for my next two weeks.  I am excited about the surgery but nervous too....in 2007 I had the lap band and lost 100 lbs.  I had to get an un fill after two years and just couldn't find the sweet spot after that.  I had the band removed in January this year.....

I am ready to start again.
