Well I am 0.5 lbs away from my cieling weight. So hopefully within the next week I am back a few lbs below there!

I've been struggling this week. In theory it's a week of calm between the last three weeks of crazy and the next three weeks of crazy, but I've had a hard time settling and getting back on track. And now it's the weekend and almost time to leave again. Sigh. I really need to figure out how to relax.

2: smoked salmon, scrambled eggs (my favorite lunch in Norway!)
3: smoked pork shoulder with salsa verde, rice for the guys. I meant to get a veg for dinner at the market, but forgot so I'll be making side salads instead.

Experiencing my first multi-week stall. Losing inches and still super frustrated and fixated on the damn scale.
B- Protein coffee (4oz Fairlife milk, 8oz coffee, 1scoop Isopure espresso)
