Well I am 0.5 lbs away from my cieling weight.  So hopefully within the next week I am back a few lbs below there! 

b - bacon, bite of egg, blueberries

s - chike

l - chicken & brussel sprouts (or a salad if we don't make it home)

s - leftover chicken, veggies w/ a bit of pasta

d - grilled pork chops w/ veggies

s - orange & peanuts

e - yoga

w - on track

v - check!

I've been struggling this week.  In theory it's a week of calm between the last three weeks of crazy and the next three weeks of crazy, but I've had a hard time settling and getting back on track.  And now it's the weekend and almost time to leave again.  Sigh.  I really need to figure out how to relax.  

1: frankenshake
1.1: 1/2 individual chocolate cheesecake from local pastry chef
2: smoked salmon, scrambled eggs (my favorite lunch in Norway!)
3: smoked pork shoulder with salsa verde, rice for the guys.  I meant to get a veg for dinner at the market, but forgot so I'll be making side salads instead.

B- 2 boiled eggs, chobani simply 100 pineapple yogurt

L- 4oz roasted chicken breast, arugula salad, olive oil and lemon dressing, watermelon

 

D- 4oz beef tenderloin, asparagus , mushrooms

Experiencing my first multi-week stall. Losing inches and still super frustrated and fixated on the damn scale. 

B- Protein coffee (4oz Fairlife milk, 8oz coffee, 1scoop Isopure espresso)

L- Tuna pouch with tsp mayo + tsp dijonnaise

D- leftover chicken sausage and sauteed peppers

W-1030 am and only 24oz down

V- AM done

E- 2mi walk/jog before work with the hounds, planning another 2mi tonight.
