I have my surgery time 8:30 am Monday looks like I'm patient 1 lol

Congratulations!!!!!   You will do just fine.   You have kept up and been well informed by many on here.  Being excited and biting your lip nervous are all normal.  I can honestly say that I was not the first bit nervous because I have had several major surgeries in the past year and half --but I was so excited and anxious to get the show on the road.  My recovery was fairly good with no major gas pains, etc.  Everyone is different.  Be positive and it will all work out just fine.  We will be waiting for you on this side of the losers bench with pom poms in hand!!!!!
