I did a fairly good job of not snacking yesterday. Hopefully my tricks will continue to work. I'll be talking to my therapist today for more strategies.

exercise: 50:43 walk for 2.2 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

Today I weighed in at 158.4...so close to that magical 155!! I'm actually a bit worried about what I'm going to do when I get there. Most likely have a dance party, reminisce over the last year and a half...etc, etc. But what do I focus on from there? Do I set my goal to 150? Do I focus on school? Strange feeling. BUT, I KNOW I want to get to that 155...that number I set so long ago when the testing for WLS was just beginning....
Oh yeah. And yesterday I found out I supposedly need a root canal which is going to cost a grand....that I don't have. I've never even had a cavity, so this sucks.

Ugh the scale still hates me :( I got an IUD about 2 months ago and I'm wondering if that is affecting me. I'm going to keep focused. People keep telling me that I'm crazy -- I look so thin. But I know that 5 lbs can turn into 50 and that can't happen.

Hi there Gwen! Please share any good strategies that your therapist might have. I can use some help in this area too. The main one my therapist has me using is distraction. It works when I have the ability to get up and walk away. That isn't always the case for me and i need a bigger arsenal.

E: 6 1/2 miles this morning. Planned to do an exercise class tonight but I'm still busy with work and it isn't going to happen.
I just realized that I have no fruits or veggies in my meals today. This is what happens when I don't plan, Sigh. I may squeeze in a snack later so I can at least get in something veggie/fruit related.
