NUT and Protein shakes
I am 6 months post op as of today, and I still do protein shakes. I found that I lose quicker when I consume around 800-1000 calories. The only way for me to do that and reach a 60-80 grams of protein is the shakes. I stopped coffee and was really missing that taste. I have been drinking the Atkins Advantage Mocha Latte protein shakes and I'm a very happy lady. HW 399 SW 339 CW 236
