Sadly this is like asking which is the least of two evils.  If you need something cracker-like, maybe slices of cucumber would satisfy?

Probably neigher. When I do crackers I go with Firbergourmet. 60 calories, 30 crackers, 12 fiber, 4 grams protein. They have a variety of flavors.

ALL crackers, from Goldfish to bazillion-grain "health" crackers, are nothing but sugar in disguise. As soon as they hit your digestive tract, your body breaks them down into simple sugars. In fact, if you chew on a Saltine long enough, it will change to sugar right in your mouth. Not kidding.

Don't eat them. Them crackers is the Debbel!

Neither.  If you want something cracker-like, get something like Sonoma Creamery Cheese O's snacks or bake/microwave your own crunchy cheese or pepperoni 'crackers' at home.

Pork rinds, homemade veggie chips, jerky pieces (when cleared for them), beef or turkey sticks.  These are better.  You don't need grains.  At all.

Neither. Eating carbs begets cravings for more carbs. Don't do it!

I've been fat, and I've been thin - and thin is better.
