Happy Hump Day! Is everyone having a good day? It's a bit cooler here today which is LOVELY. Of course, the cool weather really does make me want to be outside walking and I'm not sure that I will be able to squeeze that in today. Cross your fingers for me that I can find some time. I woke up today in a pretty darn good mood. I love days like that; it's always a nice boost to the day. Of course the trick is to maintain that mood for as long as possible even when dealing with the chaos of work or life.

L-  Muesli made with oats, Dannon light & fit Greek vanilla yogurt, a few pumpkin seeds, cashews, sliced almonds, a couple raisins and craisins.

I had grand plans to eat my dinner leftovers for breakfast but I left them at home! So....

D: not sure - meeting the man out for a work event.  There will be food trucks.  Hope it's not too difficult to find protein.

I posted to Kairk's thread about grazing.  So that's my mission today.  Not to do it.  

1: frankenshake

3: breakfast for dinner - eggs, bacon, hash browns, scalloped tomatos

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minute yoga class, 60 minute relaxation class (which totally counts as exercise, right?!), 60 minutes of getting my butt kicked by my personal trainer after being out of town for the last 4 weeks...

Yesterday was an okay eating day. Stayed under 1000 calories, but hit close to 50 carbs....which is a far cry from the 20 I've been hovering around. BUT, I just finished my TOM with no sweets, and no terrible cravings! I did graze a bit more than I wanted yesterday, but I was too hot to really make anything until dinner.

B: Dannon light n fit peach yogurt, iced coffee with cream

S: 1/2 cup meat sauce, few bites of cottage cheese

L: pistachios, SMALL piece of homemade pizza with ricotta and onion

S: iced coffee with cream

D: taco salad with ground beef, guacamole, tomato, onion, pepperjack cheese, salsa
