Newbie!
Welcome to the forum. I hope you find it as helpful and supportive as I have.
I had to do a 90 supervised diet before surgery, and I decided to make the most of it. I stuck with the program, and I lost 50 pounds before surgery. The pre-surgery diet is also a chance to practice portion control, eating slowly, small bites, dense proteins first and no-water around meal time. If you get in the habit before surgery it makes it so much easier after. So make the most of your time before surgery. It'll be here before you know it.
And you'll love the results!
best wishes,
Carol
