Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not ready for it to be Sunday already. I'm heading up to PA tomorrow for chemo with my dad. Then I'm heading straight to the metro station on Thursday from PA in order to have dinner with my SIL in DC. Then, on Friday, I'm running around all day at appointments. And on Saturday I leave for five days for a family reunion in Michigan. Aaaaaaaaaaaah.
But this evening I have a kundalini chakra immersion and meditation class, so everything is awesome. Right?! (It's the first class in a 7 week series, I am excited.)

S - the 'crumbs' out of a package of Jack Links Small Batch Teriyaki Jerky
L - Oikos triple zero coconut creme greek yogurt + 12 Diamond cocoa dusted almonds
D - 2oz meat off a rotisserie chicken leg + raw kale salad with red onion, edamame, peanuts and sunflower seeds, splash of citrus vinegar for dressing. This was my first time trying raw kale since surgery, and I was super happy to not have any problems with it. Dark leafy greens are awesome.
W - 80oz done, working on another 20 before bed.

I had a very light day today because I ate two candy bars yesterday.
