How long did you wait til the day of your surgery after you got your referal?

In 2013, I attended my surgeon's information seminar on August 13, and my surgery was performed on December 10.

My insurance company required a 3 month supervised diet, which took up most of my wait time. It also took a few weeks for insurance to review my file, pre-op clearance took a bit, and I had to wait about three weeks between having surgery scheduled and actually having it done.
