Did you recently start or change your exercise routine? Sometimes the body retains water & will let it go once it realizes this is your new normal. It could be something you ate, like foods high in salt, that might have you retain water also. Weight fluctuations are normal, if you're following your drs plan, the weight will eventually come off. Good Luck to you.

I don't know where you live, but it's very hot and humid here this week - could just be fluid.  However, careful tracking and lots of water should take care of that.  :D

I am 2 1/2 months out. See the same thing sometimes. Often stays up or stagnant for a week and then drops. Water retention is what I think is happening as well.

That happened to me once.  In the middle of on of my great losing months, out of now where, the scles went up 3 pounds.  I was completely on task and had not changed anything.  It took me almost a week for it to return to my previous low.  I still have no idea what happened, but it was just a bump in the raod.  Keep doing what you're doing and you will be fine.

Sounds like water weight.  If you are hitting all the numbers recommended by your doctor than don't change anything.  It wil come back off.

if you are a female and still get your monthly cycles it could be as simple as your period coming soon.  I've gained 5 lbs overnight with my monthly - annoying but temporary.

One high salt meal can also lead to bloating and water weight.

Also... It's counter intuitive, but assuming this is water weight you should increase your water intake.  It can help!

Hang in there, it sounds like you are doing great!!

Totally normal.  Day to day fluctuations are a pain in the butt.  Try to focus more on your trending weight instead of daily weight.
