one month out in 2 days.. trying to find info on the "three week stole"..
but the search button doesn't seem to be working.. I had lost 22 lbs since June 9th yesterday I gained 1 lb and again today. I have been stalking this site for months and so appreciate everyone's post because it has really helped me. Can someone give me some insight into the stole.. The thought of gaining weight after all this is making me a bit nuts.. I don't want to make a big deal but would love some info..
TIA... Rae..
The word you're looking for is "stall."
Basically, most of us experience a stall in our weight loss around 3 weeks. This tends to be when we switch from liquids to solids and when our bodies sort of freak out from having had surgery. It's totally normal. As long as you're sticking to your plan, don't worry.
What, exactly, are you eating each day? How much protein and liquid are you getting in?
