Phase 3 soft protein
This looks good to me! Is it all sitting well with you? I found that chicken was hard for me to digest at first. I ate a lot of sea scallops, tuna fish, eggs, deli turkey wrapped around cheese sticks, and fresh fish for the first few weeks of solids.
Congratulations on your progress.

Yes, grazing is one of the big dangers for weight loss. you'll have to figure out the best way to prevent it. For example, I had the worst time in the evenings, so I shifted my meals to later in the day so that I had dinner at 7pm. I wouldn't get hungry until 9 pm, and I'd head for bed at 10 pm.
Another strategy was to have a big cup of tea between meals. So when I got hungry again, about two hours after a meal, I'd have tea, and that would distract me for a while. Or it'd go and do a few minutes on the exercise bike when I wanted to eat. Or I'd snack on cucumbers or broccoli slaw, or green beans.
This weight loss stuff isn't easy. But you can succeed!
best wishes,
