Pain in the Butt!!!

I have the same problem, especially when I ride my bike. Padded shorts don't even help anymore. When sitting on the couch at home or at work, I usually curl one leg underneath me then trade off legs to shift my weight around, but I don't think I'd recommend that...it can't be good for my joints. Maybe I'll look into a cushion too.
