150 lbs Lost!
I stepped on the scale this morning to see that I have lost a total of 152 lbs! Yippeeeee! I'm not sure how much more I can expect to lose, but almost 16 months out I'm happy to see that the scale is still moving downward steadily. Pics below! Ignore the stupid look on my face in the side view, I'm apparently bad at multitasking!
WOW, Congratulations on 150 pounds lost. You look great. What a difference. I am so happy for you.

Haha, well I'm only 25 and I've been fat for my whole life so I'm not sure I ever had much for vitality. You'll be there in no time!! Keep up the great work!!
