Happy Tuesday! I get to go bathing suit shopping today... I've got a big family reunion on Lake Michigan coming up in a week and a half, so I need to find one I like. Whee! I should have started my training plan for my 10k today, but my hip isn't letting me run. I see the orthopedist on the 24th and I assume I'll have to start physical therapy. SIGH. I really want to run and get on with training for the races I've signed up for and I hate that I can't.

Happy Tuesday - yes. I'm super stressed out at work today. There is just way too much to do at this new job... but the days fly. I made all my food and left it in the fridge today, so I am kind of winging it. then I have to drive up to Madison tonight for a training tomorrow. I'm trying not to be whiny, but man I feel cranky!

Maintaining 5 lbs below goal so I've been treating myself to some extra goodies....so far with good results.... i think due to increased summer activity

I'm sorry - my dad had brain tumor surgery in March and finding food in the hospital while he was there was a challenge. The hospital cafeteria where I was had simple pre-made sandwiches (ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, etc) and I lived on those with the bread removed. Maybe that could work for you?
(I was so happy to finally have access to hot food again..)
